Shrives Family in Black & White

When Juane contacted me to do this shoot, I was already incredibly busy, but after the phone call I couldn't say no. Quintin's sons were out from Australia and they hadn't seen them for 2 years, so the shoot was just something to remember this time with them together. Family means the world to me, so when I get the family draw card handed to me, I crumble and it's not often that I can turn shoots like this down. The only setback is that editing takes a while, but the photo's can be taken and that they were. We headed down to sunkist beach, with Durban's skyline as a backdrop, which seemed perfect for the boys to remember Durban by. It is after all one of the best city's in the world.
