Luthfiyah and Suhail's Wedding Reception

This was our last wedding before my trip to Scotland, so I was pretty burnt out and wasn't sure what to expect. New venue, new family etc. ... but I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it. I could start with the incredible wedding suppliers I got to work with. Cindy on hair, Neil doing Makeup, Husnaa Kajee's henna art & Lifestyle Decor (Cameron & Chantal) taking care of the hall. And to top it off this family are amazing and made me feel welcome the minute I walked into their home. We decided that we'd do the creative shoot before the reception while their was still light, so Suhail met us at the house and the look on his face when he saw Luthfiyah for the first time was priceless. This was also the first time meeting him and had no idea to expect, but I can honestly say, (and Pablo agrees) that he is one of the most amazing grooms we've worked with. As with all weddings, things ran slightly late so we literally had 15 minutes to take location photographs before we had to make our way to the hall. The reception was held at the Orient Hall in Greyville which was still under renovations, so I don't know how Lifestyle Decor did it, but you couldn't tell at all. The place looked magnificent. Luthfiyah entered the hall with the biggest smile on her face as her brother, Waseem, walked her down the aisle. She looked absolutely radiant. Everthing ran perfectly that evening. After a few speeches (with tears and laughter) and the Dua, guests enjoyed dinner, photographs and socialising for the rest of the evening before Luthfiyah got whisked away to her new family.
